Property management — from the private landlord to the managing agent.
Management software that grows with the portfolio: properties and units, tenancies, service cases, finances and German commonhold in one system — rather than in five spreadsheets and a folder.
The interface follows the role. A private landlord with five units does not see the same sidebar as a managing agent with commonhold administration and bookkeeping; both work in the same application.
- Properties, units, meters and building services in one tree
- Letting from the listing to the move-in: pipeline, applicants, handover
- Service charge statements that take their readings from the meters
- Banking over PSD2, invoices with ZUGFeRD, DATEV export
- Commonhold: meetings, resolutions, budget, annual statement
- Tickets, damages, maintenance plans and dispatch
- Multi-tenant, with roles, rights and an audit trail over every change
- For
- Private landlords, managing agents, commonhold administration
- Status
- Closed beta
SleepyHollowCMS
A headless CMS in Go — built for performance and flexibility.
A headless CMS that runs as a single binary: the delivery API, the management API and the administration are all inside it. Content lives in spaces, changes in immutable revisions, and what a reader may see is decided field by field — down into nested components.
This site is delivered by it. It is the first real consumer of both APIs and takes no shortcut past them.
- One binary: both APIs and the administration inside it
- PostgreSQL as the only dependency
- Spaces, branches and immutable revisions
- Delivery and management are separate APIs
- Field-level visibility, down into components
- Open source from 1.0, under Apache-2.0
