The second of our own products is ConFlowIO. Where FoxKI keeps track of deadlines, ConFlowIO makes sure the shop, the marketplaces and the inventory system all hold the same data.
The problem: every system means something different by a product
Connecting a shop to an inventory system is rarely the real work. The real work is that the shop system, the marketplace and the ERP each mean something different by a product, a price or an order – and every new connection is one more mapping that somebody has to maintain.
One retail data model instead of a mapping per shop
ConFlowIO ships twenty-one ready-made data models, the Commerce Bundle: from product, variant and category through prices, tax rates and stock to order, return and refund. Source data is mapped onto them once. Which target system is written in the end is decided by the last building block in the process. The marketplace catalogue comes from the same model: a different target block, not a second mapping.

Built in the browser, run resiliently
Processes are built in the browser as a visible flow of building blocks rather than as a script only one person understands. In operation, failed steps retry themselves, a failed run resumes instead of starting over, and a second attempt never creates anything twice. Live logs show what each step is doing while it is doing it, not afterwards.
Capacity, not records
ConFlowIO does not count records, runs or transactions, and it does not limit connectors, processes or users. What is billed is the capacity provided. More volume needs more machine here too, but the price rises in a few predictable steps rather than with every single record.
Run in Germany – or on your own premises
The provider and the operation are in Germany. On request ConFlowIO runs in your own data centre with the same feature set, via Docker Compose or Kubernetes. From contract to a running process usually takes two days.
How we connect Shopware to your inventory system is described under ERP integrations.
